The 2nd Umang Leadership Club was successfully formed at Government Boys Degree College, Baldia Town, Karachi.
The three-day program offered students an engaging and experiential leadership learning journey, where they explored and developed important skills such as Leadership, Teamwork, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Event Management, and Public Speaking.
Throughout the program, students were encouraged to share their ideas, work together, take responsibility, and turn their ideas into action. The activities provided them with opportunities to practice leadership and teamwork in a practical and interactive environment.
On the final day, students took ownership and organized their own initiatives and activities, including:
- Open Mic Session
- Cleanliness Campaign
- Cricket Activity
- Wall Painting
These activities gave students the opportunity to demonstrate their creativity, confidence, teamwork, leadership, and event management skills.
The three-day learning journey was concluded with a Closing Ceremony and Certificate Distribution, recognizing and celebrating the students’ active participation, efforts, and achievements throughout the program.
The formation of the 2nd Umang Leadership Club marks another important step towards empowering young people and creating opportunities for students to learn, lead, and grow through practical experiences.
